Pros

The amenities are fun, but you don't have time to use them unless it's before or after work

Cons

Pretty much everything else. You work yourself half to death and the comp plans keep getting cut.

Pros

Consistent hourly pay. Good benefits.

Cons

It’s sales. It’s irritating. Commissions change monthly and generally decrease on months where they’re paying out older agents for profit shares. CULTure fest is all about drinking the RV koolaid and not agent oriented in the slightest and yet we’re the ones making them money. Little opportunity for advancement as you don’t get to go to leadership classes unless you’re at a certain sales level or in ops. Tons of people with random ops jobs that have little to no follow through.
