      The company culture here is supportive and dedicated to fostering individual growth through learning tools. I had the pleasure of working with an outstanding group of team-oriented professionals who were deeply committed to delivering high-quality work with consistent results. The collaborative environment and shared commitment to excellence made for a rewarding experience. I was encouraged to use my previous work experience to proactively pitch new ideas and marketing strategies to our client's leadership that would benefit the grow & success of assigned campaigns and programs. Overall, I was very satisfied and considered my time at RCC a great professional experience.

      Thank you for your feedback. Based on valuable input from employees, we updated our PTO & Holiday Plan for 2025 to include 20 paid days off (10 Holidays 10 PTO), with tenure-based increases up to 25 paid days. We’re committed to supporting work-life balance and appreciate your insights!

      Great people, great culture. Many opportunities to develop your career. High touch but not overbearing

      Cons

      None come to mind. Expensive benefits but that seems to be the case everywhere
