RedCloud is a great company. The leadership team is easy to approach and willing to jump in and find quick resolutions to any issues. I appreciate RedCloud's dedication to bringing employees together to build comaraderie and supporting local community organizations. Account Manager Jenny LeBaron and HR Operations Manager Emily Barber are fantastic resources at RedCloud, both going above and beyond to make a positive impact.

A small company feel working for big companies. They offer benefits and pay raises, and treat you like an asset to the company and build community. The discipline managers and HR teams are great to work with!

* Management who genuinely care about people, and are always looking for ways to build community. i.e.. yearly holiday party, summer BBQ, 'lunch and learn's", involvement in local charities, etc. * Seasoned recruiting team with a strong understanding of both the business and candidate interest. * Competitive compensation package including PTO, 401k match, healthcare. * Great internal support via RedCloud's operations team.

Cons

* Healthcare benefits are pricey, but that seems to be the norm these days as premiums increase across the board.
