Pros

I just started my second contract at RedCloud and have nothing but praise for the company. I am well supported in my Microsoft role and my RedCloud rep is always available if I have questions or concerns. There's also a spirit of collaboration among other RedCloud consultants working in similar roles. The pay and benefits are competitive, and I appreciate getting vacation time. The company also provides good equipment and tech support - something that you can't take for granted at other agencies.

Cons

Benefits get expensive if you want to cover a partner or family. That being said, single coverage is very competitive compared to other agencies.

Excellent account management - they have an excellent footprint at companies like Microsoft, and they try to get you the best rate possible. Sincere career development opportunities and mentorship. Excellent medical and dental benefits for entire family. Management actually cares about people - they are a very supportive, professional, and fun group to work with!

Cons

Medical and dental benefits are great if you are only needing benefits for yourself. However, they are pricey if you have to get benefits for your entire family.

Pros

One of the first things that stood out to me about RedCloud was the happy, friendly, approachable team. The company culture is great, leadership team sees and appreciates everyone’s individual talents, skills, and strengths. I thankful to have the level of autonomy and challenge that helps me grow and succeed at the same time.
