Pros

I have to honestly say that I was a little skeptical when I first heard about RedCloud. How could they live up to the hype? Vendors can be treated so badly. It's the industry, right? So, really, how could they be that good? Turns out that RedCloud's many awards are well-deserved. Integrity, creativity, communication and community are all highly valued here. Consultants are supported and encouraged to share knowledge and leverage others, so you don't have to work in a bubble. RedCloud's owners and key personnel actually walk the walk. Besides professionally supporting me, they are also very supportive of my need to sometimes work part-time instead of full-time. And, RedCloud won't just settle for giving the customer what they ask for; they have a passion for providing proactive, stellar solutions (Yes, I'm talking about you, Scott Ekman). As I write this, I am shocked that I can think of many more positives. That's a new one. I'm confident (ok, and a little relieved) to have found the group that I will be happy to stay with.

Cons

Sure, companies that are growing quickly always have those standard growing pains, but RedCloud has great transparency, so you can see what is being done to make the consultant experience (and the company better) - more automation, practical training, clear goals and objectives, better processes, etc.
