      Pros

      - Great appreciation of their resources and the time they put into the client; rewards you for your time. - Great benefits, pay and total offerings when compared to the industry average: 401K matching these days is rare! - Potential for growth and support of their resource base to grow in the new areas they are not yet solid in; willing to listen / take in new ideas, build their offering profile through their resource suggestions. - Better than average client disbursement; not relying totally on MSFT revenue / business.. - Great leadership and wonderful resource base; great work-life balance as well. - Willingness to listen to new ideas; take on new challenges as it relates to winning more business.

      Cons

      - Not as strong a technical resource base / resource diversity as we could have, to help win more work: i.e. win O365 reseller capabilities; will help to win more work. - Need a more formal structure to project mgmt: build-out of PMBOK approach based on our technical verticals, offerings: having templates, SDLC delivery best practices, lessons learned, capturing of IP / product build-out, etc.

      Smoke and Mirrors

      Pros

      Fabulous owners with a dream, but they have no relationships and missed the boat two years ago.

      Cons

      RedCloud Consulting is a firm that's in growth mode. Growth is a funny word...never hear from our owners or practice director, sad. This is another staffing company attempting to be Loft9, Bridge Partners or JeffreyM, but unfortunately missing on all fronts.

      RedCloud provides an environment that fosters learning and growing as a professional.

      Cons

      Because the company is growing so fast, it is sometimes hard to keep up with everyone that's coming onboard and what their skillsets are.
