Incompetent leadership, dreadful management, and disgraceful pay

There is absolutely nothing worth praising here. Not one redeeming quality.

Cons

Leadership is a complete disaster, run by individuals who seem clueless about how to manage even the simplest operations. Decision-making is reckless and consistently creates unnecessary chaos and pressure for employees. The pay is insultingly low, showing zero respect for the skills, effort, and time of the workforce.

A well run organization that has grown their business and kept their employees happy, while navigating many difficult circumstances over the past 5 years (COVID, Inflation, Tech Layoffs, AI, etc). I especially want to applaud the leadership for their capacity for listening and being receptive to feedback/sentiments coming from the field.

Cons

There is no formal performance management or annual review process, so you have to proactively ask to get feedback/criticism. This also makes having conversations about raises irregular.

From day one, I’ve worked with highly talented, genuinely happy team members who collaborate well and care about delivering great outcomes. Feedback is heard and acted on, and leadership clearly puts thought into strategic direction and operational excellence. The client I support is extremely satisfied and keeps bringing in more RedCloud consultants — which speaks volumes. I’ve been trusted with meaningful work and included in areas where I can add value both tactically and strategically. RedCloud has my respect. Cons

Honestly, I don’t have real negatives to report so far. Every company has areas to improve, but RedCloud seems to actively seek feedback and evolve, which is rare. If anything, I’d just encourage them to keep investing in internal development and cross-project collaboration as they grow.
