They are willing to pay you for overtime and occasionally throw a party for the staff

Cons

They pay so little in all roles aside from upper management IE lead engineer you would be better off working at McDonald's even with the mandatory OT they force on you. This point is about all positions not just mine. All technician roles entry level-data center tech 3 are underpaid by at minimum 10$ an hour. Those were people i oversaw and felt aweful for.

At Redapt, I enjoyed their role as field CTO, where they had the freedom to be creative and collaborate with new technology partners. They were able to impact customers by aiding in their digital transformation efforts, specifically in areas such as AI and data platforms on both cloud and on-premises environments. Overall, the experience was fulfilling and rewarding.

Collaboration is the key in the ever-evolving tech world. Continue to prioritize forming relationships that enhance customer experiences. Speed and quality are crucial for success.
