Pros

They hive you lots of opportunities to learn and grow in your job. They are well organized and have a great reputation with their clients. They allow lots of remote opportunities and don't require lots of travel. They pay well and offer a good amount of time off.

Cons

Remote can be a little bit of a down side because all you interaction with people is online and they don't fly you to clients often, so to some it can be a plus and others a minus. Not much onboarding or training, so you may feel a little lost at first.

- Coming from a large organization, I sometimes miss sophisticated processes and systems
