Pros

Very friendly and welcoming. Big believers in giving talent a chance and promoting from the inside. The owners are in the office regularly, very friendly, and encourage everyone to take ownership of their position (they're also big believers in entrepreneurship and regularly regular people to start their own business if they have a great idea).

Cons

The company culture is not for everyone-- it is very casual, familiar, and has a fair amount of joking and teasing.

The Perfect Place For Me

Pros

Redbarn is family owned and that comes across the company culture. You won't find a lot of red tape or bureaucracy here. The main office is made up of about 12 people who are positive and fun to work with. The owners work in the office and are very receptive to suggestions and full of advice. They are fun to work around and are the ultimate jokesters! If you are looking for an upbeat workplace where your work is valued and makes a difference, this will be a good fit.

Cons

For me, I have to commute about 30 minutes to work. Not really a negative for Redbarn, just personally the worst part about the job.
