Extremely boring job, performing the same monotonous actions day in and day out. Supervisors are a mixed bag; some are great and others are outright bullies. The Director is largely naive to the goings on of the department, usually spending time out of office. They tend to dangle promotions and positions in the Tower like carrots at the end of a stick, though very rarely promoting from within.

Advancement is dependant upon who you know; Untrained/Unqualified Management staff; nepotism and favoritism throughout the company
