Summer pay is only nice benefit.

Cons

Lack of management experience. Upper management does not communicate. Employees get worked like slaves with no recognition. Very high turnover rate.

Good pay & loved the work.

Cons

Lack of communication, broken promises, Never got uniforms, shoes, ppe, or reimbursement for hardware I had to buy out of my own pocket to keep machines producing ice. Never had a chance to use benefits I payed for out of check. Reddy Ice lost 750 Walmart accounts & the employees who went above & beyond to take care of them were the ones to suffer the consequences. They also lost a bunch of Dillons accounts the year prior.
