Business Outlook
Pros
Very few, my schedule was flexible which was about the only plus. Some very nice people at corporate, but everyone is concerned about lay-offs. No pay raises for over 3 years & a few genuinely unpleasant co-workers.
Cons
Lots of recent lay-offs, company got rid of some very talented people. Several of the current employees are just skating by until they get laid-off, too. A couple of them abuse Reddy Ice resources & employees. HR & management do absolutely nothing about harassment complaints.
