Pros

You do get hands on experience with computers.

Cons

The hours are a joke. They tell you when you get hired that you'll OCCASIONALLY work weekends, try most weekends. And they say that they're mandatory so if you don't show up you get in trouble. Favoritism is rampant, all you have to do to get ahead is suck up, don't bother working hard. They promote the people that are their friends no matter how worthless they are, and if you say something about it you're fired. They preach a 'no internet for personal use' policy but the supervisors stand around and check facebook, personal email, and online shopping sites all day. They tell you there is opportunity for advancement, but there isn't. The only way to move up is to relocate or wait for someone above you to die. The average annual payraise is only 2%, and they don't pay competitively in the market to begin with. You will frequently be required to perform duties well outside of your job description, and there is nothing you can do about it. The shifts do not cooperate and if you say something about that, clearly it's your fault.

Pros

Good pay. A lot of unnecessary overtime hours.

Cons

Safety Issues. The warehouse gets overheat all the time _ 80 to more than 100 degrees_ Always hotter than the outside temperature ( Just stay in front of the fan and drink as much water as you can; otherwise, you might be in trouble from loosing too much water). Now if you are seasonal employee. Be prepare for real hardworking. Training process is a joke there since people there don't want you to stay there for too long because they are afraid of losing their jobs. Very unfriendly people. They will make stuff up so that you will be in trouble or get fired. Some of them can get very nasty and talk about sex all the time.
