Pros

Excellent culture, mission, and compensation package. Fun place to work doing something that matters!

Cons

Can be challenging working to change the nature of real estate in the face of an industry that is resistant to such change. However, if you like a challenge then it's not all that daunting, plus we are making headway which is really amazing to be a part of.

Pros

I've been at the company for a little of two years and it has been a wild ride of constant adjustment. It keeps you on your toes as it is a fast growing company with a lot of opportunity to grow and learn; incredibly intelligent people; innovation; great culture focused on customers. The CEO could lead a cult.

Cons

management works in silos and there is far too much disconnection between the parts resulting in a disjointed whole. Many decisions are made at the top with little understanding of the impact it will have in the field. Work life balance can be an issue. This is no environment for those who are not workaholics. HQ can feel a bit like high school with cliques.
