Pros

Paycheck every two weeks. Not big though....

Cons

low pay for the amount of work you do. Top heavy in Management. Environment is stressed The focus of customers and their satisfaction is gone. It's all about the money. Management is not experienced The good reviews on Glassdoor are from the Engineers...not the agents. Everyone I know, has their resume out.

Pros

Agents get leads, salaries and benefits. Great starting for new agents (if you can train yourself)

Cons

Middle management is atrocious Agents earn the only revenue (besides investor money) Crazy money is spent to support the gargantuan workforce and stupid "frills" like ping pong tables Absolutely no legal or broker oversight, local or otherwise Questionable transaction practices "Training" programs are a joke Vile, incestuous, nepotistic career promotion strategy (based on popularity rather than merit) Work-life balance is an absolute joke (60+ weeks are the norm)

Pros

Engineering and real estate positions have good salaries, good perks, and upward mobility. Great culture. Cool office. Great perks.

Cons

HQ Operations departments (HR, Recruiting, Marketing, etc) are in constant turmoil with high turnover and lack of strong leadership.
