- Catered lunch to help people come back to work after COVID - Unexpected generous severance for the short time that I worked there - Buy My House was fun to watch.

- Office was rather empty

Despite the economic stuff concerning the company, the culture and its people are still great. Everyone is super friendly and willing to help!

Cons

Not much, only about the stocks really but Redfin really just goes with the real estate market so they’ll be fine in the long run.
