Your peers will be lovely. If you are just starting your career there is tons of mentorship with lots of room to make and correct mistakes.

Cons

I am BiPOC and saw a lot of people get passed over for advancement and forced out early. If you are an SDE I trying for an SDE II then I would say it is fine but after I would try to find employment elsewhere. HQ is not the place for your career to grow.

The people there are super supportive and caring. They want you to succeed. Everyone is so nice and I had a great time for the short time that I worked there.
