The only positive thing is that the company is in dubai. if you want to learn how business can be done in dubai, be here for a while.

Cons

Salary : worst in the market, will kick good paid ones out every two years and hire low paid people. Contract type of job. Long hours. Supervisor doesnt bother untill his supervisor screws him. CEO insults the VP in front of all, No single culture exists, HR exists for name sake, they will show that there are changes happening but they are never aligned to the company goals. Personal agenda most of the time. Above all, lot of fraud things happen, like selling laptops and mobiles at low cost within self.
