Pros

Very dynamic, challenging place to work and offered me tremendous opportunity to grow. Set very high standards and helped me understand how to manage a business, lead large teams, deal with multiple nationalities, provided exposure to various markets and also to deal with a wide range of technologies, products in the IT space.

Cons

Distribution is still run as a traditional business but since the IT world is now being redefined onto the CLOUD there is a challenge in front of us..

Learning, responsibility, work-flexibility, job security, family culture and respect.

Cons

Average pay scales. Perks are a bit OK for bachelors but not really for families. Little difficult to get annual leaves. Basically a very cost conscious company.
