Computer system, a few friendly colleagues and bonus

Cons

Authority over staff takes on intimidation that becomes ruthless if for any reason you are decided you don't fit! eg. If you are the only sales achiever then you must go to make the others look good.

Being a team player is deeply ingrained in the Redox ethos and culture, everyone should aim to help each other achieve our goals. On staff retention, our median tenure is 8.2 years which compares favourably to our peers and is something we're very proud of especially in light of our rapid growth and international expansion.

Pros

Good staff, nice work culture. Company benefits were very generous for new starters in comparison with other starting jobs.

Cons

Salary was low. Potentially hard to break smaller patches depending on area.

Pros

- Freedom to be entrepreneurial and take risks - financial strength - pave you're own path - can have a very long fruitful career at one place

Cons

- rigidity in processes - support teams constrained creating a bottleneck of process and efficiency - retention of the wrong kind of staff

Thanks for your feedback, Redox has experienced incredible growth and this has thrown up a lot of challenges. Management will continue to try and improve and as the COVID situation stabilises we hope to expand our support teams to help cope.
