This is a great company to work for. They are loaded with benefits, learning opportunities, advancement opportunities and are growing rapidly.

Cons

While Redstone continues to move forward and advance, they do allow people who have worked there for year to just “ride along” with no performance objectives or consequences. People who are newer have to do their job plus the “tenured” employees jobs because no one holds them accountable.

Yearly bonus can range up to $2,000 your 1st year and is guaranteed to all employees. Multiple internal positions are posted so a persona can advance to other departments between 6months to a year of employment. They are always helping the community, giving gifts to their employees, and good benefits.

Cons

If you are good at kissing butt, you will succeed. The hard workers are the ones who are mistreated. Bullying. Stressful especially with rude/disrespectful customers, long lines, and staff shortage due to high turnover.
