I like my coworkers and some of the members. I like to help people and they offer good benefits.

Cons

There are too many people in management positions and not enough people working to do the jobs that need to be done. Our managers have told us that we will get better reviews if we will give a positive review on Glassdoor and Google so I am doing it anonymously because I do not think that is right. The people that work on the executive staff do to know what the tellers do but they think they are untouchable because they make a lot of money so they are better than everyone else. We are supposed to all be equal but we are not treated that way.

Excellent management, all the way to the top. True team environment, and they truly care about their people.

Cons

Really only that the pay is low for me personally,. They are competitive with industry standards though.
