Great starting pay. The culture of Redstone is excellent. They meet goals without pushing staff, but encouraging staff. Management at the Arab branch has been excellent. Great work-life balance. I've worked in healthcare, retail, a loan company, a bank, and now Redstone, Redstone is by far the best place I've worked.

Cons

Most of the members are great, but a lot of them are so rude. First time I've heard a racist comment in my life.
