Pros

Great culture, amazing benefits, you can move up without higher education. You don't have the pressure to sell sell sell like banks. An amazing workplace for women and mothers with remote positions (they have won awards for this!). If at the main branch, Joe Newberry visits the departments and talks to employees. If not at the main branch you can join in a zoom to enjoy a cup of joe with Joe!

Cons

If the managers don't like you it's hard to move up. The pay is not amazing compared to banks. Be prepared to work hard and be busy. If you are lazy, this is not the place for you.
