Cons

You can be termed if you do not meet their R.I.S.E values. Don’t be human. There are no breaks, random lunches, or consistency within the schedule. You will be treated differently if you are a diverse individual. 0/10 I would not recommend

Great benefits. Good culture. Sick/Vacation time.

Cons

Pay is pretty low, if you stay in direct retail raises will be marginal. Happiness is mainly dependent on branch location. Either create a path to a different department or bulk up the resume with experience and move on.
