There is a lot of lateral opportunities in banking positions, the main office is nice and has a great cafeteria with discounted prices, parking is good, salary is nice. They seem to appreciate employees input at times but not always. Telework is not an option in most departments. Overall it is good place to work.

Cons

The culture could improve a bit as it is a very top down system. The cubicles are pretty small for anyone who is a non-manager that has to sit in one.
