The training was done very well and the main office has some great amenities.

Cons

As soon as training is done you are thrown into the fire. They claim to put you at the branch closest to where you live. I was lucky enough for that to happen but multiple people were literally driving past branches to get to work. If you are a hard worker they will exploit you and make false promises. I was told with a degree I would move up relatively fast. This was all talk and after 6 months I realized I was being limited by my own work. Management is less than helpful and only does enough to stay in the role. This is a great job to start out or if you’re in between jobs but as a long term career I would consider other organizations.
