Pros

~ Great pay. ~ Promote from within. I've seen many people get promotions, just work hard and you'll move up quickly. ~ Paid holidays. ~ Friendly work environment. ~ Management is great, and very helpful. ~ Great benefits for full time workers.

Cons

~ Guys dress code needs to be overhauled. ~ Part time has great pay, but is bare when it comes to benefits. ~ Hard to work around school once your off days are schedule.

Pros

There are so many good reasons to work here. The atmosphere is almost like a family. Everyone loves eachother and going to work isn't a hassle. I really enjoyed it and you learn a lot. The management is awesome too.

Cons

It can be hard dealing with unhappy customers at times but it was fine. There are not many cons.

Redstone Federal Credit Union is a rapidly growing company with lots of room for professional growth. The salary is competitive with other local financial insitutions.

Cons

I don't have a lot of negative things to say about my employer. I'd say I'm overall satisfied with my job. The only con I can think of is recent changes that have caused longer than normal work weeks.
