Pros

-Great Co-Workers -Competitive Benefits -Thorough Training -Great Company Culture for the most part

Cons

Smaller branches are typically short staffed. It can take a long time to hire in new tellers for the smaller branches, and that puts a strain on current branch employees, which equals unhappy customers. Expect to work on Saturdays at least 3 times a month if you work at a smaller branch. Tellers are the first impression of the company at all branches, and deserve recognition, continued training, and adequate breaks to maintain retention and morale.
