Pros

Plenty of room for advancement if you do all of the required trainings. Pretty decent pay. Ok benefits (not great, but still good) You get vacation in your bank as you earn it, you do not have to wait for an anniversary. Somewhat flexible schedule. Everyone is really friendly and willing to help. OT is available if you want it, but they have a cap on what is allowed, because they care about your work/life balance

Cons

It is a call center job, you do get callers that talk to you sideways. It is easy to get a coaching for mistakes, but they really only effect how or when you get promoted.

Pros

Leadership, benefits, perks, annual team building with guests. Company is dog-friendly. Provides staff meals and snacks.

Cons

None this is a great company that's exciting to be a part of everyday. If anything it is growing so fast that it can be sometimes challenging.

Pros

- Pet friendly - Everyone is treated equally and like family - Free food - Management really does care about everyone here - Other employees also care about the company's well being, so we all know we can count on each-other - Benefits are amazing - Compensation is fair - Redtail promotes from within and encourages growth and training into new job opportunities - Every employee has a voice here

Cons

It is hard to think of any reason why anyone would be unhappy here. It would be nice if the building had a larger entryway for a big coy fish pond fountain. Seriously though, no cons.
