Pros

I can not say enough about Redtail. They are a fantastic company to work for. Employees are treated fairly, work spaces are clean, they are "Dog Friendly", work atmosphere is superb. Employee break room is always kept full. Everyone if happy and totally agrees that Redtail is the best. We have Team Building trips every year and the company listens and values our input. I give it 5 Stars all the way.

There are none. Anyone lucky enough to work for them knows this.

Leadership, benefits, perks, annual team building with guests. Company is dog-friendly. Provides staff meals and snacks.

Cons

None this is a great company that's exciting to be a part of everyday. If anything it is growing so fast that it can be sometimes challenging.
