Major Mis-Management

Pros

There had been a very excellent team with a science and development focus.

Cons

Most of the "excellent team" are leaving or have left due to systemic issues at the upper management level. Regular employees are treated as a way to make money and are a number. Redwire acquired a bunch of companies very quickly and has tried to make all of these little companies with startup cultures fit a generic mold. It might be fine if you are looking for another big company, but this rapid and jarring shift in culture has begun driving out heritage employees who came to their respective companies for the smaller company cultures. Any attempts to provide feedback or to work to improve situations are blatantly ignored by upper management. Nepotism.

Pros

Lots of career potential, strong business outlook and market share involvement. Diversified project set.

Cons

Recent acquisitions and growth have left lots to desire in terms of direction and transparency.
