Pros
Good work life balance, front line managers are pretty good. Immediate co-workers are pretty smart... most of the time.
Cons
Dealing with the chaos of clashing cultures from newly acquired companies... the bureaucracy of big company upper management is all there. Supposedly, having become a larger company, we'd have more resources for things like infrastructure and dev tools. ... still waiting on those approvals... the requests are probably stuck somewhere with individuals in upper management that don't understand software development.
