- Local team is wonderful - Local team highly skilled, focused on quality engineering
Cons
- Used to be a 5 star team/company, now I offer only a 3 - Corp leadership is cringe - Corp leadership has changed the direction from a space produce company to a engineering service company within a few years. Leaving product teams blind sided to find their own product development budget. This has caused a budget crisis, and crusade on billable hours. - Certain sister companies are a complete mess.
