Pros

Great environment that's fast paced and is the pure definition of work hard play hard. This is a place where the company cares about the employees talents and does a good job to put you in a position to succeed.

Cons

Long hours and lunch at your desk, but that comes with the territory in this industry. Heavy favoritism. Training could be better.

Commissions are based on a number of factors that sometimes are market driven and out of our control.

Pros

-Management takes an active interest in colleagues career development but it's not yet overly corporate. There is still an opportunity for you to forge your own path and learn by doing, instead of taking generic training courses or being stuck in training classes for weeks. -There is a high energy level here that keeps you motivated through out the day. -The people here are genuinely nice and welcoming.

Cons

The location isn't convenient for everyone and there is limited parking. PTO is not competitive.
