Will lay you off with out notice. Zero structure. Severely unorganized. No one seemed to be on the same page about anything at all. Thousands of emails and invoices per day in your inbox with no productive way to organize based on outlooks settings. Management changed a couple times to people who had no experience in this area and no idea how to help.
