The daily atmosphere definitely gets you hyped up to work every day. You work hard and play even harder.

Cons

Advancement can be difficult sometimes and you need to show your doing the work before being compensated.

People really wanted to build value to customers. Always knew someone could come through with a solution

Cons

The amount of partying people want to do it a bit much. Also if you don't get in with the primary people there is no chance for growth.
