Pros

Casual environment. Fun, young group of colleagues.

Cons

Long hour days that can be quite stressful. No flexibility; lots of micro-managing goes on here. Days start early and most people work through lunch at their desks. Salary starts very low but can improve with a full commitment to work 10-11 hour days every day + being available 24 hours/day. Benefits and vacation are mediocre. Frat house type environment and volume level, which seems fun at first.. If you work here, it takes several (3+) years to be considered for a 'management' roll (if you befriend the right people). This position is not something to be envious of and the the ceiling is low. This is a good first job for a college graduate but no one makes it past lower management. Basically you have to work very hard and work long hours to earn a decent wage. Employees are responsible for dealing with issues after hours and on weekends. Every decision that's made has to be approved by a superior, thus fostering an environment in which flexibility is very minimal. This applies to lunch breaks, when you can go home, how long you can step away from your desk, etc.. Make no mistake, this is a high stress environment that is not suited for everyone.

Pros

Sometimes they let you drink beer at your desk? I can't think of anything else. I am actually amazed the rating is as high as it is.

Cons

They do not care about their staff unless you brown nose them. They spend a lot of their time, energy, and money on making the company look really hip, cool, trendy, and young. Do not be fooled, this is all a front. It's going to seem like the best company ever at first but that feeling will quickly diminish. I've heard upper management say very horrible and demoralizing things to my coworkers in very public spaces, where everyone can your conversation. These people do not know how to run a company, nor are they equipped with the ability or personality types to run a team with a handful of people. I 100% guarantee that anyone who has left a positive review is in good with management and believe their jobs are safe, or they are fresh out of college and this is their first real adult desk job and they are still under the illusion that this is the coolest place on earth. They probably also work on the upper floor, the "cool" floor, where the music is always blaring at ridiculous volumes, everyone is yelling and screaming and throwing things across the room. This is THE MOST unprofessional company I have ever worked for. Additionally, they severely underpay so do not expect to get paid anywhere near market value for your position.

Pros

Hours were flexible because I was part time and work wasn't relatively hard, just a lot of work which is good, kept you busy. Great atmosphere and amazing co-workers to be around. Never a dull day.

Cons

Work could get a bit tedious and repetitive at times and wasn't paid too much but again i was a par timer.
