Pros
Great job security (kept a job through the whole of covid). Lots of opportunities for growth within the business. Opportunities to work at different branches should your living situation change.
Cons
Low pay- started around $22 an hour and after 4 years working there managed to get just under $25/hr. However I heard recently the base pay has increased. There is a bonus scheme which contributes to your overall salary. Long hours and unexpected overtime
