Pay average. I.e gpc Asia trade counter is on the same pay as i am as a 2ic and they do less work then my job description. Even if your contract is 38 hours based. I work overtime everyday as that's my expected roster. Head office always hammer stores on there profit share. They keep promoting about retaining staff. But why would they work that hard with a high level of service for super basic pay.
