      Pros

      Great place to learn with some great role models and mentors. Plenty of room to grow. Australia wide with many speciality branch units. Mostly good people that get a kick out of helping people.

      Cons

      Hard to keep up with the constant change. Overworked and underpaid. HR department useless. Few bad eggs.

      Great Induction Helps develop soft skills Experience is valuable in many forms, you learn a lot as an operation graduate

      Operations isn’t a graduate program, it is marketed as a graduate program to attract capable, educated individuals to bridge a growing skills shortage. Joining the branch network is akin to career suicide, you won’t progress beyond a retail environment.
