Pros
Extremely flexible with your personal life obligations, though this can depend on the store. Great team to work with. Challenging, but also has its down time to banter. Many opportunities to move interstate or out of the country.
Cons
Pay could be better. Unpaid over time can be very easy to rack up, usually will be rewarded with time off when needed. Some customers can be that final straw, most generally are great.
