      Comfortable and friendly workplace, great experiences and opportunities.

      Only downside is the location of the RSC, although will be moving to Cremorne next year.

      Lots of learning and training Great relationship building Quite flexible (depending on management) Learn all aspects of a branch (from deliveries to quoting) Mix of blue and white collar work Bonus scheme Lot of career progression if your willing to push

      Depending on management, can be quite top-down, leaderless approach No set breaks, sometimes work while eating Wage on the lower side Long and un-wanted forced hours Management disappears mid-day, leaving inexperienced staff to run the branch Lot of push-sell giving employees and management ego boost and superiority which leads to malice and jealousy of other competitors No 1.5x penalty rate on Saturday Bonus feels un-rewarding You feel guilty for calling in sick because branches refuse to share employees when understaffed
