Leadership lacks the commercial and strategic capabilities expected of an ASX100 company. Five ANZ CEOs in four years tells the story. Career pathway is stagnant. There are repeated examples of big-ticket investments that make little commercial sense, while core areas like tech, marketing, finance, strategy and operations are left underfunded. It’s hard to do great work when surrounded by GMs with no formal training, no sense of best practice, and a pattern of poor decisions.

If you like brain washing, strict okrs (less effective KPIs), constantly changing upper management, hidden charges added into branch costs with no explanation that negatively effect profit sharing, and zero ability to effect change within the company then Reece is the company for you

It’s all cons and it’s just getting worse.
