      Culture Management Lots of angry people working for this company. You have management who has never done your job before. Very siloed. People do not work well with each other. Very toxic workplace. No work life balance. They do not respect that people have lives outside of work.

      Could be good career opportunity, if you are in the “club”

      Cons

      Too many executives, most not knowing what their doing or understanding the business, but very opinionated on their “ideas” that add no business value. Too much theatre to make it seem like the executives know what they are doing or that the business has a great culture or that they are “strategic” / “innovative”

      Best thing about the place was that they used Workday and Sasha, the CEO he seemed like a really nice and down to earth person

      Cons

      CHRO was very nasty and self serving Condescending when she spoke and dismissive Regional managers where extremely impatient and unclear on what they wanted and how things worked communication was very poor the pay was absolutely terrible the bonuses and raises were a complete joke Best decision I ever made was to pack my stuff and leave this place I heard the CHRO that was there left after only like year or 2 and they should be thanking their lucky starts because she was the worst HR person i have ever had the displeasure of meeting
