Pros

A culture based purely on financial performance with corporate greed coming from the top, leaving little regard for culture, staff wellbeing and work/life balance.

Cons

A toxic environment with staff resenting the phrase from leadership "do more with less" meaning, make more profit while we reduce the number of staff at branch. The prioritisation of profits over people comes at the expense of people's work/life balance and at times, tragically, their mental health.

Work-life balance is great! The company overall pours into each employee and the benefits are above average.

Cons

Biased! Depending on the department. We went through 4 managers then they decided to try to make the team lead manager but she was never in office to due illness.

Great Team environment - it’s like a small family. We all have laughs and want to support each other Depending on your management, they want you to grow and help you get there

Cons

Longish hours (depending on which decision you work in) Pay Different managers will change the dynamic. I’ve had some great managers and no so great ones.
