Pros
Typically good honest leaders/managers. (store by store basis) Good people. Opportunity to progress for those who put in the work. Noticeable improvements to worker conditions over the last few years.
Cons
- 50 hour week minimum for managers and 2ics (Often more). - Virtually zero flexibility (Though they preach flexibility all the time). - Endless job responsibilities for 2ics and BMs (no exaggeration) - No unions or worker support other then outsourced 1800 number. - Wage stagnation with no renumeration revie opportunity you get what you get.
