Big, successful company. Plenty of strong performers in Operations. Great office. Great Staff Discount

Cons

Marketing is a circus. No leadership provided by the leaders. Ignore any issues. The partnership with Trout Agency does not work, particularly with the shared leader across the two. Low pay compared to market Flexibility promoted but made to feel very uncomfortable when actually implemented.

The company culture is very gossipy and alot of unfair treatment is given to employees based on if the manager likes them or not.
