Pros
Open, collaborative environment. Plenty of flexibility and ability to set and drive direction. working with colleagues who really care about both their customers and their teams. Super innovative, and great opportunities to get involved including the design agency and innovation lab
Cons
The burwood office is not nice! But the new office looks amazing. Also while the newer generation of leaders are world class, but there is still some stagnant executives who are behind in their thinking. This is true of middle management.
